1. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a reschedule/cancellation fee.

2. Payments & Late Fees
- If the paying customer will be present for the full appointment time, payment is due on the day of service.
- If the paying customer will not be present for the full duration of the appointment (including leaving at any point during the appointment), payment must be made in full prior to the start of the appointment.
- A $25 per day late fee will be applied to any unpaid balance after 3 days until the balance is paid in full.
- Failure to provide payment as outlined may result in cancellation of future or current services.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Your happiness matters to us! If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Refunds are not considered until a complimentary touch-up has been offered and completed.

4. Liability & Limitations
- Clean Space is licensed, bonded, and insured.
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or fragile items.
- Improperly installed fixtures.
- Damage caused by Customer-provided products or equipment.
- For safety reasons, we cannot handle biohazards, mold remediation, hoarding, or move heavy furniture/appliances.
- Clean Space reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

5. Pets
- Pets are welcome during service.
- For everyone’s safety, pets must be friendly or secured in a safe way (such as a kennel, separate room, or other arrangement).
- Clean Space is not liable for pet escapes, injuries, or accidents unless due to negligence.

7. Photo & Marketing Policy
- At Clean Space LLC, we take pride in showcasing the quality of our work. From time to time, our team may take photos of completed cleaning projects. These photos are used for purposes such as:
- Showcasing our work on our website and social media
- Training and quality assurance within our team
- Marketing and promotional materials
- We will never intentionally photograph or share personal items, documents, or identifying details. Any photo containing personal belongings that could compromise your privacy will not be used in marketing.
